Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Damages and shipping issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item should arrive damaged or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to submit a claim.  For all claims, please provide us with your order number. If you received the wrong item, please provide us with a picture of the item you did receive including an image of the product packaging. If you received a damaged or imperfect item, please provide pictures of the damaged product including packaging. You will then be sent a replacement.
